Good location, helpful staff, and nicely furnished rooms were the best aspects of our stay. We were able to explore the city easily due to the hotel's convenient location. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even offering to buy medicine from the pharmacy for a friend who was not feeling well. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, making our stay enjoyable.
Some minor maintenance issues in the bathroom, such as falling holders and a noisy air conditioner, were the worst aspects of our stay. the noise from the surrounding area could be bothersome at night, particularly on the weekends.

Hotel overlooked city and the room was nice. The venue served fresh bread, pastries, and cheese for breakfast. Location: the hotel was next to the centre of town as well as a subway stop...

This hotel was located right in the heart of the city, making it extremely convenient to explore. The subway stop was just a stone's throw away, allowing for easy transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh eggs and pastries. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
There were a few issues with the larger room offered, such as a faulty safe and erratic wifi.

Super cute hotel with awesome location and mind-blowingly helpful staff! GREAT restaurants nearby, comfortable beds, and lots of nearby attractions. Outstanding service, from late-night sandwiches to personalized dinner on the grill. Quiet rooms, king-size beds, and a fantastic shower. The staff went above and beyond, even buying medicine for a friend. Metro station nearby, spacious rooms with adorable decor, and a lift. Breakfast was limited but fine, with yogurt, bread, eggs. Free Wi-Fi, bar/lounge area, flat-screen TV, cots.

We had a lovely one-night stopover in Santiago and found Hotel Pasko to be a modern, well-located hotel. Our double room was spacious, with a massive bed and a good-sized shower and bathroom area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The central location made it easy to explore the city, and we discovered some great nearby restaurants and bars. If we return to Santiago, we would definitely choose to stay at Hotel Pasko again for a longer period.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I arrived on a Sunday at Hotel Pasko and unfortunately had a not-so-helpful desk person. They assigned me a lousy room on street level and insisted it was impossible to change. However, when the weekday staff came in, I easily switched to a better room on an upper floor. The central location was a huge plus, as it was close to the subway and surprisingly quiet. The staff on weekdays were friendly and incredibly pleasant. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Pasko for a week and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast, with its fresh eggs and fruit, was a great start to the day. The location of the hotel was superb, with plenty of restaurants and lively areas to explore within walking distance.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
